1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書課題:箱體的加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)機(jī)械制造與自動(dòng)化學(xué)生姓名班組學(xué)號(hào)指導(dǎo)教師完成日期摘要通過(guò)分析本次箱體一般用于渦輪減速器上,減速器箱體一般采用鑄鐵砂型鑄坯成型,鑄鐵的抗拉強(qiáng)度、塑性和韌性要比碳鋼低。雖然鑄鐵的機(jī)械性能不如鋼,但由于石墨的存在,卻賦予鑄鐵許多為鋼所不及的性能。如良好的耐磨性、高消振性、低缺口敏感性以及優(yōu)良的切削加工性能。此外,鑄鐵的碳含量高,其成分接近于共晶成分,因此鑄鐵的熔點(diǎn)低,約為1200°C左右,鐵水流動(dòng)性好,由于石墨結(jié)晶吋體積膨脹,所以傳送收縮率小在經(jīng)過(guò)機(jī)械加工將蘇加工至使用要求,在生
