1、百白破疫苗接種不良反應(yīng)原因分析及預(yù)防對策謝亞利李漢華李賀蘭肖瑞[摘要]目的：分析百白破疫苗預(yù)防接種不良反應(yīng)的原因和預(yù)防對策。方法：對接種吸附百白破疫苗出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)的病例進行回顧性分析總結(jié)。結(jié)果：18~24月齡加強免疫組兒童不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率（含局部反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、全身反應(yīng)發(fā)生率）高于3~6月齡基礎(chǔ)免疫組兒童（P＜0.01），夏秋季不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率高于冬春季（P＜0.01），吸附全細(xì)胞百白破聯(lián)合疫苗不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率高于吸附無細(xì)胞百白破聯(lián)合疫苗（P＜0.01）。結(jié)論：接種吸附百白破疫苗時要注意充分搖勻藥液，選擇正確的接種部位和接種途徑，嚴(yán)格消毒接種部位，并做好接種前后的衛(wèi)生保健宣教工作；遇
