3、合性很強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)工程。深基坑工程涉及的內(nèi)容廣泛,包括深基坑工程的土力學(xué)問(wèn)題,深基坑工程在圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)施工、降水過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的坑底隆起、基坑穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題以及土方開(kāi)挖各階段的變形預(yù)測(cè)與控制問(wèn)題分析與討論,深基坑工程監(jiān)測(cè)與信息化施工等內(nèi)容。福州某大廈系一座31層商住樓,高度115m,占地面積4614m2,總建筑面積37355m2。設(shè)地下室3層,基坑平面尺寸56.6m×36.5m,自然地面標(biāo)高-1.65m,坑底標(biāo)高-11.65m,開(kāi)挖深度10.0m,土方開(kāi)挖工作量約21000m3。土壓力計(jì)算用郎肯土壓力理論,水土合算,被動(dòng)土壓力折減系數(shù)取為1.0,支護(hù)樁的長(zhǎng)度和入土深度采用極限土壓力平衡理論
