1、畢業(yè)設計（論文）任務書課題名稱：PLC控制系統(tǒng)設計－鍋爐輸煤系統(tǒng)PLC控制系統(tǒng)設計——鍋爐輸煤系統(tǒng)共76頁第76頁PLC控制系統(tǒng)設計——鍋爐輸煤系統(tǒng)摘要本文介紹的是用PLC來對鍋爐輸煤系統(tǒng)進行控制。鍋爐輸煤系統(tǒng)，是指從卸共76頁第76頁煤開始，一直到將合格的煤塊送到煤倉的整個工藝過程，它包括以下幾個主要環(huán)節(jié)：卸煤生產線、煤場、輸煤系統(tǒng)、破碎與篩分、配煤系統(tǒng)以及一些輔助生產環(huán)節(jié)。本設計中主要研究的是其中的輸煤系統(tǒng)部分，即煤塊從給煤機傳輸?shù)皆簜}的過程。采用了順序控制的方法。首先，介紹了PLC的一些基本常識問題。在具體的設計中，先講述了PLC設

2、計的一些基本方法及步驟。詳細介紹了西門子公司的型號為S7-200的PLC的一些基本知識。之后重點講述了PLC程序設計中的啟動，停止，位置選擇及輸出報警等問題，也講了I/O點分配的一些事項并對本設計中的對象進行了地址分配。在上位機的設計中，我用了工業(yè)組態(tài)軟件——組態(tài)王來進行操作界面制作，并使之與PLC進行通訊，使之達到遠程控制的功能，中間又重點講述了制作操作界面的步驟及方法。關鍵詞:輸煤系統(tǒng),PLC,I/O,組態(tài)王DesignofPLCControlSystemTheSystemofTransportCoalinBoilerAbstractT
