1、客戶資金安全擔(dān)保協(xié)議FundSafetyAgreementPartyA(甲方)：AustraliaAFTFinanceMarketPtyPartyB(乙方)：PartyC(丙方)：西安炳隆商務(wù)咨詢服務(wù)有限公司作為甲方授權(quán)的外匯咨詢合作及代理商，丙方愿意就乙方在甲方平臺(tái)進(jìn)行外匯交易，并開設(shè)真實(shí)外匯賬戶，為乙方開戶及存取款過(guò)程提供資金安全擔(dān)保，本協(xié)議經(jīng)乙、丙雙方協(xié)商一致，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：AsaauthorizedfirstpremierbrokeragefirmofPartyAinAsia,withrespecttoPartyB’sforextransactiononPa

3、rtyBwillestablishforextradeaccountwithPartyAandopenrealforexaccountwithpasswordfortheinvestmentfund.Incaseoffailuretocompletetheprocedureforestablishmentofaccount,PartyAmustrefundallfundsPartyBinvested.第二條：甲、乙雙方于年月日簽訂投資理財(cái)協(xié)議，乙方以匯款的方式將投資所需金額：萬(wàn)元整（＄RMB）在甲方銀行開設(shè)交易賬戶（以銀行匯款回執(zhí)、對(duì)賬憑證或類似單據(jù)為準(zhǔn)）。Part
